Staff Nurse and Phlebotomist

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Staff Nurse who can also perform phlebotomy duties in a hospital setting in Kuwait City. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality patient care and support diagnostic services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients, including assessment, medication administration, and monitoring.
• Perform venous blood collection and other phlebotomy procedures following established protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with nursing standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to coordinate patient treatment plans.

Required profile

• Relevant nursing degree with transcript/marksheet.
• High school diploma with marksheet.
• Experience certificates from all previous hospitals/clinics.
• Training certificates and proof of good standing from the nursing board of the country of origin.
• Valid nursing registration or license, MOH license or Prometric pass.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Work permit, PCC, passport, civil ID, and related documentation.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
