Store Associate – Health, Fitness & Wellness

About the role

RIZE is looking for a Store Associate to manage daily store operations, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean, stocked, and secure retail environment focused on health, fitness and wellness products.

Key responsibilities

• Execute store opening and closing procedures and oversee daily operations.
• Deliver personalized customer service, recommend products and upsell to meet sales targets.
• Process POS transactions, handle cash and card payments accurately.
• Maintain optimal stock levels, ensure correct shelf presentation and pricing, and report reorder needs.
• Conduct product quality checks, including damage and expiry monitoring.
• Keep the store tidy, organized and secure, supporting loss‑prevention efforts.
• Complete shift handovers, daily reporting and monthly inventory audits.
• Assist with product launches, promotions and visual display setups.
• Build relationships with repeat customers and stay informed on new arrivals and nutrition trends.
• Manage petty cash and related transactions.

Required profile

• Bilingual in Arabic and English (mandatory).
• Experience in the health, fitness, sports or nutrition sector.
• Comfortable handling cash and operating POS/payment systems.
• Sales‑driven with strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable and able to follow structured checklists.
• Well‑groomed, presentable and a team player.
• Flexible availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid, transferable residency (Article 18 or Article 22) in Kuwait.
