About the role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a fashion retail store. The manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets and overseeing store operations.

Key responsibilities

Drive store sales and profitability in line with business targets.
Develop and implement action plans to achieve sales, conversion, ATV and other key KPIs.
Monitor daily and monthly performance and take corrective action where required.
Maximize sales opportunities through effective product presentation, promotions and customer engagement.
Analyze store performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
