About the role
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a fashion retail store. The manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets and overseeing store operations.
Key responsibilities
- Drive store sales and profitability in line with business targets.
- Develop and implement action plans to achieve sales, conversion, ATV and other key KPIs.
- Monitor daily and monthly performance and take corrective action where required.
- Maximize sales opportunities through effective product presentation, promotions and customer engagement.
- Analyze store performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
