Store Manager – Retail (Sandro, The Avenues Mall)

About the role
The Store Manager will lead the Sandro boutique at The Avenues Mall, driving sales growth, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for all aspects of store operations, visual merchandising, and staff development.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop store staff, conducting weekly meetings and daily briefings.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, coaching the team to deliver consistent experiences.
- Implement visual merchandising directives, promotions, and ensure store cleanliness.
- Achieve sales, payroll, shrink, and conversion targets while controlling expenses.
- Manage inventory, loss prevention, and compliance with company policies.
Required profile
- Previous retail managerial experience with proven sales and profitability results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English.
