Store Manager – SKIMS (Kuwait)

About the role

As the Store Manager for SKIMS in Kuwait, you will lead the store team to drive revenue, uphold the brand image and ensure operational compliance while delivering excellent customer service. You will be responsible for both the commercial performance of the store and the development of its staff.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and enforce all company policies, health & safety standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Manage stock loss by applying ATG policies, conduct stock takes and analyse inventory data to maximise sales opportunities.
• Drive sales performance, monitor sales per square foot, identify commercial opportunities and recommend promotions.
• Lead, coach and motivate the team, set objectives and develop talent for higher‑level roles.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and foster a culture of excellent service.
• Maintain professional relationships with key business partners and provide market feedback to buying, planning and marketing teams.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 5‑7 years of experience successfully running a profitable retail store.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a team in a fast‑paced environment.
