Strategic Alliance Manager – Google Cloud (Bilingual English/Arabic)

About the role

The Strategic Alliance Manager will lead the governance and operational excellence of the Alliance Framework Agreement (AFA) for Google Cloud in the region. Acting as the primary liaison between internal teams and senior external stakeholders, you will ensure the partnership delivers maximum value for both Google Cloud and its customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage agreement amendments, entity updates, and system implementations.
• Oversee financial administration, including billing modifications and tax‑compliant tracking of in‑country days.
• Serve as the main CXO contact for AFA queries, orchestrating cross‑functional responses and dispute resolution.
• Lead quarterly governance meetings to monitor service consumption, policy changes, and incentive usage.
• Align bi‑weekly with executive committees on strategic, project, and budget priorities.
• Support core and non‑core agreements, handling ad‑hoc requests, delivery boards, and partner staffing capacity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in contract management, alliance management, or professional services within an enterprise environment.
• Proven experience engaging C‑suite or VP‑level executives.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong executive presence and ability to navigate complex corporate cultures.
