About the role
We are looking for an experienced Sushi Maker to join our team at Tokyo Bar Japanese Restaurant in Abdali, Kuwait. The role involves preparing sushi and other Japanese dishes while upholding the highest standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of sushi and Japanese cuisine items according to restaurant standards.
- Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and adherence to hygiene protocols.
- Ensure kitchen safety and cleanliness at all times.
- Work efficiently in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sushi Maker or in Japanese cuisine.
- Currently residing in Kuwait.
