Talent Acquisition Specialist (Kuwaiti National)

About the role

KDCow is looking for a full‑time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR team on‑site in Kuwait. The role focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment, employer branding and delivering a seamless hiring experience that supports the company’s growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full life‑cycle recruitment process for all positions, from requisition to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop efficient hiring workflows.
• Conduct and evaluate structured interviews, ensuring consistency and fairness.
• Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑life‑cycle recruiting, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait labour laws and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
