About the role
The Tea Barista works full‑time on‑site in Shuwaikh, preparing and serving a variety of teas and related beverages to guests while upholding company standards for quality and presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, take orders and recommend tea blends.
- Prepare teas, manage brewing times and ensure consistent presentation.
- Handle point‑of‑sale transactions and basic cash handling.
- Restock supplies, maintain a clean tea station and customer area.
- Follow food safety, hygiene guidelines and support promotional activities for tea brands.
Required profile
- Strong barista skills with experience in tea and beverage preparation.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast‑paced environment.
- Reliability, attention to detail and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
Required skills
- Barista techniques for tea brewing.
- Operation of POS/cash handling systems.
