Tea Wholesale Outdoor Salesman

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Tea Wholesale Outdoor Sales professional to join our team in Shuwaikh. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on promoting and selling our premium tea brands to wholesale customers across Kuwait.

Key responsibilities

• Visit supermarkets, retailers, hotels and other wholesale clients within the assigned territory.
• Present the company’s tea portfolio, negotiate prices and terms, and secure orders.
• Process orders in coordination with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers, providing after‑sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to inform product positioning.
• Prepare regular sales reports and track performance against targets.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities, preferably in FMCG or beverage distribution.
• Experience in outdoor or field sales with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Good knowledge of the local market in Kuwait, especially Shuwaikh and surrounding areas.
• Valid Kuwaiti driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and handle multiple accounts.
