Team Leader (Key Holder) – Retail Management

About the role

The Team Leader (Key Holder) drives store performance by leading a team of associates and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This full‑time position is based in Kuwait and combines operational oversight with hands‑on coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Train, develop and motivate store associates.
• Deliver a differentiated customer experience and maintain high service standards.
• Oversee store presentation, sales‑floor supervision and visual merchandising.
• Execute opening and closing routines, ensuring all operational tasks are completed.
• Enforce asset‑protection policies and procedural compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a supervisor or manager in a retail environment.
• Strong work ethic, assertiveness and analytical mindset.
• Attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to multitask under pressure.
• High stress tolerance and commitment to continuous learning.
