About the role
The football club in Kuwait is seeking a Japanese Technical Adviser to support the development of its first team and youth academy. The adviser will introduce Japanese football methodology, design training programmes and provide technical guidance to the coaching staff.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare technical and training programmes for the senior squad and youth academy.
- Support youth development initiatives and player‑development plans.
- Educate the coaching staff on Japanese football methodology and best practices.
- Develop coaching frameworks and provide ongoing technical recommendations.
Required profile
- Professional experience in football coaching or technical advisory roles.
- Age between 30 and 60 years.
- Willingness to work in Kuwait and travel as needed.
