Telesales Specialist – Credit Card Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a Telesales Specialist to join an on‑site squad supporting a global payments firm’s consumer cards business in Kuwait. You will work with warm, pre‑screened leads to acquire new credit cardholders, guide them through activation, and ensure accurate CRM records while meeting monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute outbound and inbound telesales campaigns using bank‑provided lead lists to acquire new credit cards.
• Convert qualified leads into approved, issued, and activated cards, improving lead‑to‑sale and activation rates.
• Apply approved sales scripts, product propositions, pricing, and disclosures to ensure compliant selling.
• Prioritise outreach with propensity models, next‑best‑action prompts, and lead‑scoring signals.
• Educate customers on card features, fees, rewards, and digital‑wallet setup to boost early usage.
• Maintain accurate customer records, call dispositions, and follow‑up actions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in banking or financial‑services telesales.
• Direct exposure to credit‑card acquisition, cross‑sell, or contact‑centre consumer sales.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and follow compliance guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and customer‑first mindset.
