Tender & Registration Officer

About the role

The Tender & Registration Officer will manage both government and private tender processes while ensuring product registrations with health authorities are up to date. This role requires close coordination with internal teams, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to secure successful bids and maintain compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Review tender documents, prepare submissions and coordinate timely bid deliveries.
• Liaise with internal departments, tender authorities, suppliers and manufacturers throughout the tender lifecycle.
• Track tender inquiries, awards, contracts, bank guarantees, invoices and payments.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate commercial terms and manage purchase orders, shipments and deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain product registrations, renewals and amendments with the Ministry of Health and other regulatory agencies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, technical and legal requirements and monitor updates.
• Maintain agency agreements, supplier relationships and accurate records of tenders, contracts and registrations.
• Prepare periodic reports and perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Valid Kuwaiti driving licence and personal car are mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organisational abilities.
• Good command of English and Arabic.
• Immediate availability.
