Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Territory Manager for Biosurgery to support the Clinical Sales – Surgeons segment in Kuwait. The role focuses on driving sales initiatives, building relationships with surgeons, and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality medical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute complex tasks for the Clinical Sales – Surgeons area while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in developing implementation plans and next‑step actions to close key opportunities.
• Implement a results‑driven clinical sales training program, including strategy, process, and collateral.
• Maintain and verify data in the sales audit database.
• Leverage strategic partnerships for customer acquisition and address customer feedback.
• Respond to product and service inquiries, escalating unusual cases as needed.
• Document information from clinical, procedural, and technical discussions for future reference.
