Territory Manager Immigration Consultants

About the role

The Territory Manager – Immigration Consultants will lead the growth of TruVia’s visa and immigration services within a defined territory in Salmiya. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on attracting new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and delivering tailored migration solutions for Australia, Canada and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Promote TruVia’s skilled, student and tourist visa services to prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct client consultations, assess eligibility, recommend appropriate visa pathways and coordinate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with immigration regulations and internal quality standards.
• Collaborate with counseling and coaching teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Oversee local marketing, outreach activities and track performance metrics.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
• Mentor junior consultants and resolve client issues promptly.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to evaluate client eligibility and immigration guidelines.
• Experience in global mobility, relocation services or cross‑border client support.
• Good knowledge of immigration processes for Australia, Canada and New Zealand.
• Project‑management experience handling multiple client files and timelines.
• Familiarity with employee benefits and corporate policies for sponsored migration.
• Previous experience in immigration consulting or overseas education counseling is strongly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English required, Arabic a plus.
• Comfort working onsite in Salmiya with strong organisational abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, International Relations, HR or a related field preferred.
