UI/UX Designer – Social Commerce (Arabic/English)

About the role

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, visually captivating shopping experiences for a highly engaged community. You will work on social commerce flows, integrating video tutorials, influencer hubs, personalization engines, and bilingual Arabic/English checkout experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end mobile‑first product design, from discovery and wireframes to high‑fidelity UI, prototyping, and developer handoff.
• Innovate virtual shopping experiences, enabling seamless discovery, curated collections, and embedded video content.
• Collaborate with product managers and data analysts to interpret Mixpanel/Adjust insights, identify drop‑off points, and run A/B tests to boost conversion and AOV.
• Design RTL Arabic and LTR English interfaces tailored for Middle Eastern markets.
• Maintain and evolve a unified design system across multiple product categories.
• Work closely with engineers and QA to ensure designs are technically feasible and high quality.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of UI/UX design experience in fast‑paced B2C e‑commerce or social commerce environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, polished visual design, and user‑flow optimization, especially checkout, video‑driven, or personalization projects.
• Deep understanding of GCC consumer behavior, luxury aesthetics, and Arabic design best practices.
• Growth mindset with comfort in rapid prototyping, user testing, and data‑driven iteration.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variables).
• Experience with prototyping tools such as ProtoPie, Principle, or Framer.
