Vice President, Value Delivery, Aladdin & eFront

About the role

The Aladdin Client Engagement (ACE) group manages strategic technology partnerships with Aladdin clients globally and acts as the senior interface between clients and the Aladdin business, accountable for value delivery, platform adoption and long-term commercial outcomes. This is a highly visible, client-facing role supporting Tier-1 Middle East institutions, including large asset owners and institutional investors. The Vice President will act as a trusted partner to client stakeholders, build durable relationships and help clients realise measurable value from Aladdin, eFront and WPS across public and private markets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted client relationships, understanding client objectives, stakeholder dynamics, priorities, risks and opportunities.
• Lead preparation for governance reviews and strategic engagements, using client insights to support platform adoption, renewals and growth.
• Drive value delivery across public and private markets through a consultative approach, adoption initiatives and monitoring of progress.
• Partner with product, engineering, transformation and support teams to represent client needs, coordinate delivery and manage risks and escalations.
• Contribute to team excellence through knowledge sharing, best practice and support of junior team members.
• Support regional growth by representing Aladdin solutions to institutional investors and feeding client and market insights back into the business.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, consulting or institutional investing, with a proven ability to build trusted client relationships.
• Demonstrated experience managing client deliverables, projects or cross-functional workstreams.
• Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills, adaptable to business, technology and executive audiences.
• High personal accountability, sound judgment, curiosity and resilience, including proactive risk identification and escalation.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is beneficial.

Required skills

• Knowledge of public and private markets operating models, workflows, data and technology across the investment lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Aladdin, eFront, WPS, Microsoft Dynamics or similar investment technology and relationship management platforms.
• CFA, CAIA, FRM or project management certifications are advantageous.
