About the role
The Waiter will maximise guest satisfaction, drive sales and support profitability by delivering high‑quality food and beverage service in line with Radisson’s standards.
Key responsibilities
- Greet, seat and present menus to guests promptly and courteously.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus to advise guests and promote upselling.
- Handle reservations, update tables allocations and manage daily cover sheets.
- Process billing and payments accurately, following closing procedures.
- Uphold safety, hygiene and confidentiality standards at all times.
- Assist the restaurant team as needed and support the Restaurant Supervisor.
Required profile
- Consistently delivers the “Yes I Can!” service ethos, exceeding guest expectations.
- Maintains personal hygiene, punctuality and adherence to hotel policies.
