Waiters, Captains & Assistant Chefs Needed for Fine Dining Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Waiters, Captains and Assistant Chefs to join a fine‑dining restaurant in Kuwait. The positions are full‑time and require a strong commitment to delivering high‑quality service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Waiters: greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Captains: supervise the dining floor, coordinate with kitchen staff, manage table assignments, and handle guest inquiries.
• Assistant Chefs: assist the kitchen team with food preparation, maintain hygiene standards, and support the head chef in daily operations.

Required profile

• Assistant Chef: 1‑3 years of relevant kitchen experience.
• Waiters and Captains: good communication skills in English; Arabic or Hindi language abilities are a plus.
• Preferred nationalities: Indian, Nepali, Filipino.
• Transferable residence is mandatory.

Required skills

• Basic food safety and hygiene knowledge.
