Waitress – High-End Guest Experience

About the role

The Waitress will provide a refined, high‑end guest experience in a premium restaurant environment. You will be the face of the venue, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, attended to, and valued throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional, and personalized service to all guests.
• Present menu items confidently, explaining ingredients and concepts.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Coordinate timely service and maintain awareness of table status and service flow.
• Serve dishes with proper presentation and etiquette.
• Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain impeccable grooming, uniform standards, and follow hygiene and food‑safety guidelines.

Required profile

• 1–3 years experience in restaurants, cafés, or hospitality (premium experience preferred).
• East European background preferred.
• Age between 28 and 38 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Good English communication is mandatory.
