About the role
The Warehouse Assistant Team Leader is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient loading and unloading of trucks, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Key responsibilities
- Organize truck and trailer access to the loading bay.
- Supervise loading and unloading activities.
- Control finished‑goods movement and report discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports.
- Conduct weekly spot checks and quarterly inventory audits.
- Ensure materials are stored in good condition and vehicles are properly maintained.
- Implement safety and security measures within the warehouse.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
