About the role

The Warehouse Assistant Team Leader is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient loading and unloading of trucks, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key responsibilities

Organize truck and trailer access to the loading bay.
Supervise loading and unloading activities.
Control finished‑goods movement and report discrepancies.
Prepare and submit monthly reports.
Conduct weekly spot checks and quarterly inventory audits.
Ensure materials are stored in good condition and vehicles are properly maintained.
Implement safety and security measures within the warehouse.

Required profile

High school diploma.
Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
