Warehouse Manager

About the role

The Warehouse Manager will lead daily warehouse operations in Kuwait, ensuring safe, efficient storage, handling, and distribution of goods. This role oversees inventory management, staff supervision, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards while optimizing layout and stock levels to meet demand.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company standards.
• Oversee inventory control, conduct regular audits, and implement tracking systems to reduce errors and losses.
• Hire, train, and manage warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders while maintaining order accuracy.
• Plan and optimise warehouse layout to maximise space and efficiency.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, managing relationships with carriers, suppliers, and third‑party logistics providers.
• Track key performance indicators such as order accuracy, shipping times, and inventory turnover.
• Prepare and submit periodic operational and inventory reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in warehousing or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, organising, and planning skills.
• Effective time‑management and detail‑oriented approach.
• Problem‑solving capability to address operational challenges.
