Welding Engineer – Boiler Projects (Kuwait)

About the role

The company is seeking a Welding Engineer to lead welding activities for ten boiler units within power‑station and water‑distillation projects in Kuwait. The role is based on‑site and reports to the Project Management Department (Boiler & Piping).

Key responsibilities

• Supervise welding operations for boiler and piping systems across multiple projects.
• Ensure compliance with welding standards, safety procedures, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with inspection teams to verify weld quality and perform non‑destructive testing.
• Maintain welding equipment and oversee routine maintenance.
• Collaborate with mechanical and civil engineers to interpret blueprints and resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in welding engineering, preferably on power‑station or water‑distillation projects.
• Proven experience in shipyard or heavy‑industry environments.
