Account Executive

About the role

The Account Executive will drive revenue growth and manage strategic accounts within the financial services sector, focusing on banks and financial institutions. You will lead complex sales cycles, build long‑term C‑level relationships, and position NCR solutions as essential platforms for digital banking, payments, self‑service, and enterprise technology.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
• Develop and maintain executive‑level relationships with key decision makers.
• Position NCR’s digital banking, payments, and self‑service solutions as mission‑critical for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 7–8 years of sales experience, preferably in technology solutions for banks.
• Proven track record of managing large, complex sales cycles and high‑value deals.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, digital transformation initiatives, and financial services technology landscapes.
• Experience working with multinational or regional technology vendors is highly desirable.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
