Adjunct AI and Cybersecurity Faculty

About the role

American International University (AIU) is seeking qualified professionals to join its adjunct teaching pool as AI and Cybersecurity faculty members. This part‑time role involves delivering undergraduate courses and mentoring students within a collaborative, innovative learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate AI and Cybersecurity courses, including introductory and general‑education classes.
• Prepare and deliver engaging lecture materials that align with curriculum standards.
• Support student learning and success both inside and outside the classroom.
• Collaborate with full‑time faculty on curriculum development and program assessment.
• Participate in periodic evaluations and contribute to continuous academic improvement.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher (Ph.D. preferred for some subjects) in AI, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• University‑level teaching experience in the relevant discipline.
• Industry experience in the teaching field is preferred.
