Business Development Manager – Oil & Gas (Kuwait)

About the role

A leading oil and gas company in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth within KOC, KNPC and EPC projects. The role focuses on creating strategic partnerships, managing vendor registrations and securing subcontracting opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business opportunities within KOC, KNPC and EPC projects.
• Bring overseas principals, manufacturers and agents for strategic partnerships.
• Handle agency agreements, commercial negotiations and business tie‑ups.
• Manage KOC vendor registration and pre‑qualification processes.
• Identify and secure subcontracting opportunities for ongoing projects.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants and procurement teams.
• Generate RFQs, commercial proposals and project inquiries.
• Identify upcoming projects, market opportunities and competitor activities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and K‑companies.
• Coordinate with technical, commercial and logistics teams for smooth execution.

Required profile

• Strong experience in the Kuwait oil and gas sector.
• Extensive network within KOC and EPC contractors.
• Proven background in business development, vendor approvals and project coordination.
• Valid Kuwait driving license preferred.
