Sales Executive

About the role

Jawda is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to promote its training courses and expand corporate partnerships across Kuwait. The role focuses on converting leads into registrations, building long‑term client relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives with valuable customer insights.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Jawda's training courses to individuals and companies.
• Convert inbound leads into confirmed course registrations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients for group bookings.
• Provide customer insights to support marketing campaigns.
• Represent Jawda at exhibitions, events, and field visits.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and commission objectives.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the training or service industry.
• Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence.
• Target‑driven, customer‑focused and highly organized with strong follow‑up abilities.
• Currently residing in Kuwait.
