Business Development & Operations Manager (Oil & Gas)

About the role

The Business Development & Operations Manager will lead the growth of our oil & gas portfolio in Kuwait, leveraging an extensive network of key industry players. This senior position combines strategic business development with hands‑on operational oversight of civil and mechanical projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities with major oil & gas companies and EPC contractors.
• Maintain and expand relationships with KOC, KNPC, KIPIC, PIC and other strategic partners.
• Oversee civil and mechanical project execution, including manpower planning and site operations.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful closure of high‑value deals.
• Drive project management activities to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the oil & gas sector within Kuwait.
• Proven network with KOC, KNPC, KIPIC, PIC, EPC contractors and major industry players.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and close contracts.
• Strong leadership, client‑relationship, negotiation and project‑management capabilities.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence preferred.
