About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our fast‑growing offers & discounts app in Kuwait. You will be the main point of contact for restaurants, cafés and retail partners, building strong relationships and ensuring their success on our platform.

Key responsibilities

Identify, approach and onboard new merchant partners across the F&B and retail sectors.
Maintain day‑to‑day relationships with existing partners, providing support and resolving issues.
Monitor merchant activity, follow up on concerns and keep partners engaged and satisfied.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.

Required profile

Proven experience in account management, merchant relations or field sales.
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Confident, organized and comfortable interacting with people.
Based in Kuwait and familiar with the local F&B and retail landscape.
