About the role
We are looking for an App Operations Coordinator to ensure the smooth functioning of our discount and offers app in Kuwait. You will act as the main liaison between merchants, external partners, and our internal team, helping the platform grow.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with partner merchants, handling onboarding, follow‑ups, and day‑to‑day communication.
- Manage operational tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with external companies and internal team members.
- Support the team with general app‑related tasks as the platform expands.
Required profile
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Comfortable using computers, mobile apps, and digital tools.
- People‑oriented, organized, proactive, and reliable.
- Based in Kuwait.
- No specific degree required.
