Business Development Representative – Kuwait

About the role

Join Deliveroo’s Commercial team in Kuwait as a Business Development Representative. You will be the engine of growth, identifying and engaging top restaurant partners to expand our marketplace presence.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch, and acquire new restaurant partners, working closely with Business Development Managers to close deals.
• Own and manage a personal lead portfolio, guiding prospects through the full sales cycle.
• Continuously improve inside‑sales workflows to maximise speed and effectiveness.
• Support strategic initiatives such as field pitch days, restaurant marketing roll‑outs, and cross‑functional projects.
• Provide market insights on the Kuwaiti restaurant landscape, highlighting trends and high‑potential partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a high‑growth environment.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Deep knowledge of Kuwait’s restaurant market.
• Self‑starter with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Salesforce (experience using the platform is a plus).
