C-12/King Air Army Transport Aircraft Mechanic (FAA A&P) – Kuwait

About the role

The position provides maintenance, repair, and overhaul services for C-12/King Air transport aircraft stationed in Kuwait. The mechanic ensures airworthiness by troubleshooting systems, repairing components, and performing engine runs.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and replace aircraft structures such as wings, fuselage, rigging, hydraulic and plumbing units using hand and power tools.
• Diagnose engine and turbine blade issues, conduct engine runs, and replace or repair faulty components.
• Read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and technical orders to determine repair methods.
• Perform line‑station maintenance, including flushing crankcases, greasing parts, and checking brakes to keep aircraft operational.

Required profile

• Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• Minimum seven years of hands‑on experience with C‑12/King Air (200/350/1900) turbo‑prop aircraft.
• Recent full‑time experience (within 12 months) on the same aircraft type.
