About the role
A leading sanitaryware manufacturing factory in Kuwait is looking for an experienced Kiln Operator. The role involves managing ceramic kilns to ensure high‑quality production and maintaining consistent firing processes.
Key responsibilities
- Operate ceramic kilns and control firing cycles.
- Monitor temperatures throughout the firing process.
- Identify and address firing defects to maintain product quality.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of kiln operation experience, preferably in sanitaryware or ceramic manufacturing.
- Basic English communication skills; GCC experience and Arabic are advantageous.
Required skills
- Knowledge of kiln operation and firing cycles.
- Temperature monitoring and defect identification abilities.
