About the role
Zain Kuwait is looking for a motivated Contact Center Agent to be the first point of contact for our loyal customers. You will handle inbound calls, provide product information, and resolve issues while reflecting Zain’s values and mission.
Key responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls courteously and professionally.
- Assess customer concerns, troubleshoot service equipment issues, and resolve problems efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about Zain’s products and services.
- Promote relevant offers by matching customer needs with suitable products.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s systems.
Required profile
- High school diploma or higher (1‑year diploma or above).
- 0‑3 years of experience in a similar customer‑service or call‑center role.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Preferably bilingual (Arabic/English).
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
