Corporate Banking Marketing Analyst

About the role

The Corporate Banking Marketing Analyst supports the Corporate Banking Marketing division by ensuring smooth daily operations and high standards of compliance and customer service. This position works closely with relationship managers, compliance officers, and marketing teams to facilitate seamless processing of client documentation. The role offers an opportunity to develop a deep understanding of corporate banking products and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain smooth operational flow within the Corporate Banking Marketing team.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation.
• Process MRS (Marketing Request System) transactions accurately.
• Collect and verify customer signatures as required.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather required documentation for new and existing corporate clients.
• Monitor and update the status of KYC files in the banking system.
• Ensure timely processing of marketing requests and related paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of customer signatures and related approvals.
• Identify and flag any discrepancies or compliance issues for further review.
• Assist in preparing reports on operational performance and compliance metrics.
