Country Manager – Kuwait (Home Appliances)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Country Manager to lead sales, distribution, marketing execution, operations and retail management for a global home‑appliances brand in Kuwait. The role is distributor‑led and focuses on growing market share for home and small domestic appliances.

Key responsibilities

• Own annual sales, margin and market‑share targets and drive delivery against business plans.
• Develop country sales strategies, budgets, forecasts and order plans aligned with GCC direction.
• Lead all channels – modern trade, traditional trade, distributors, key accounts and project business.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with major retailers and distributors, especially Xcite.
• Drive brand execution, pricing, promotions, product launches and market development.
• Monitor inventory, sell‑in/sell‑out performance and supply‑chain execution.
• Lead monthly business reviews, KPI tracking and cross‑functional actions with distributor and regional teams.
• Identify new business opportunities, including expansion of water‑heater and related appliance lines.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Kuwait retail/distribution market with strong local knowledge.
• Proven senior commercial leadership in home appliances or small domestic appliances.
• Established relationships with Kuwait retailers/distributors; Xcite experience preferred.
• Currently residing in Kuwait with a valid Iqama or transferable work status.

• KWD 2,300–2,500 fixed monthly salary plus an annual bonus of 4–6 times the fixed salary.
