Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

About the role

Al Maseela Pharmaceutical Company W.L.L. is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to build and maintain relationships with pharmacies and cooperative societies across Kuwait. The role focuses on promoting the company’s products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with pharmacies and cooperative societies throughout Kuwait.
• Promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products to existing and potential customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, outstanding payments, and collections.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Maintain regular customer visits and provide professional service.
• Monitor market activity and competitor products.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or pharmacy sales.
• Good knowledge of Kuwait’s regions, pharmacies, and cooperative societies.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage collections.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Valid Kuwaiti driving licence and personal vehicle.
• Transferable residency in Kuwait.
