Director of Operations

About the role

BeCurious is a premium Finnish‑method preschool operating across three branches in Kuwait. We are looking for a Director of Operations who will ensure that every session in every branch meets the BeCurious standard consistently, day after day.

Key responsibilities

• Own the daily operational standard across the Salam, Shuhada and Salwa branches.
• Conduct monthly branch reviews with each Branch Supervisor, analysing KPIs and defining action plans.
• Ensure strict adherence to all SOPs in the BeCurious operating system and promptly escalate deviations.
• Manage the scheduling system, including session allocation, teacher assignment and Home Preschool routing.
• Maintain the Feedback Log, capture and respond to all feedback across branches.
• Lead quarterly SOP reviews with the General Manager.
• Prepare branches for Ministry inspections at all times.
• Line‑manage three Branch Supervisors, supporting and challenging them to meet standards.
• Oversee teacher training progress, conduct quarterly classroom observations, and manage the teacher evaluation process.
• Identify high‑potential staff for growth and develop support plans for those struggling.
