Director of Sales Proposals – Integrated Solutions

About the role

Baker Hughes is seeking a highly motivated Director of Sales Proposals for Integrated Solutions. You will lead the end‑to‑end proposal and bid process, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and commercial success across our global energy portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all elements of Integrated Solutions (I&S) opportunities through the I&S process, meeting stage and decision‑gate deliverables.
• Coordinate stakeholders—including regional leadership, commercial operations, product line teams, technical experts, and external parties—to develop winning proposal strategies.
• Ensure strict adherence to company processes, OFSE sales and commercial principles, and I&S Management System tools.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans (risk, communication, sourcing, vendor management, schedule, quality, stakeholder matrix, RACI, cost model).
• Collaborate with internal teams to build accurate commercial models that reflect ROI and profitability.
• Provide leadership in negotiations with customers, contractors, and vendors.
• Execute contract handover using the Service Level Agreement (SLA) component of the OFSE Commercial and Operational Framework.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, commercial, or scientific discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in oil & gas operator or service companies.
• Proven experience leading integrated commercial bids and integrated projects (5+ years).
• Strong understanding of upstream business environment, including technical and logistical aspects.
