About the role
Penspen is seeking a Document Controller to support a Project Management Services (PMS) project in Kuwait. The role involves managing technical and project documents, ensuring their accuracy, quality, and timely distribution.
Key responsibilities
- Classify and number new documents according to project standards.
- Log and maintain revision and issue registers in line with document control procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders.
- Utilize Electronic Document Management Systems such as Aconex or SharePoint for document storage and retrieval.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
- 5‑10 years of document control administration experience in industries such as Oil & Gas, Power, or Pharmaceuticals.
- Familiarity with industry‑specific document control software and storage solutions.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) like Aconex or SharePoint.
