About the role

Penspen is seeking a Document Controller to support a Project Management Services (PMS) project in Kuwait. The role involves managing technical and project documents, ensuring their accuracy, quality, and timely distribution.

Key responsibilities

  • Classify and number new documents according to project standards.
  • Log and maintain revision and issue registers in line with document control procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders.
  • Utilize Electronic Document Management Systems such as Aconex or SharePoint for document storage and retrieval.

Required profile

  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
  • 5‑10 years of document control administration experience in industries such as Oil & Gas, Power, or Pharmaceuticals.
  • Familiarity with industry‑specific document control software and storage solutions.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) like Aconex or SharePoint.
