English Preparatory Program Instructor

About the role

The college is seeking a full‑time Instructor for its English Preparatory Program starting Fall 2026. You will teach, mentor and support students in developing strong English language skills essential for academic success.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver engaging English language courses, including lectures, activities, quizzes, assessments and exams.
• Monitor and evaluate students’ academic progress, providing guidance and mentorship on projects and coursework.
• Contribute to departmental and college initiatives, attend meetings, and serve on committees.
• Maintain and continuously improve subject competence and teaching materials.
• Support college‑wide events and strategic activities with leadership and collegiality.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in TESOL, Linguistics, English Literature or a related field from an internationally accredited university.
• Preferred ESL teaching certification such as CELTA, DELTA, TESOL or TEFL.
• Demonstrated oral and written English proficiency.
• Ability to thrive in a diverse, interdisciplinary and fast‑paced academic environment.
• Strong commitment to teaching excellence and student development.
