Marketing Instructor – Full‑time Faculty Position

About the role

The leading private college in Kuwait is seeking a full‑time Marketing Instructor to join its Business Administration department for the Fall 2026 semester. This academic role involves delivering high‑quality marketing education, supporting student development, and contributing to the college’s research and service missions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver marketing courses, including lectures, class activities, quizzes, assessments, and exams.
• Develop teaching materials and continuously improve subject competence.
• Mentor and supervise students on coursework, projects, and academic progress.
• Participate actively in departmental and college meetings, committees, and strategic initiatives.
• Support college‑wide activities with leadership, accountability, and collegiality.
• Undertake additional duties as directed by the Head of Department.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field from an internationally accredited university.
• Ability to thrive in a diverse, interdisciplinary, and fast‑paced academic environment.
• Demonstrable proficiency in oral and written English, the language of instruction and campus communication.
