Enterprise Manager – Drive Growth in Kuwait

About the role

The organization is expanding its Enterprise Division and seeks a results‑driven Enterprise Manager to lead growth across SME and tender‑based business in Kuwait. You will own the full sales cycle, build executive‑level relationships, and position the company as a strategic partner for enterprise and government clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the enterprise customer base, targeting 70% SME and 30% government tenders.
• Identify opportunities in data centre, telecom, ICT, energy and infrastructure sectors.
• Lead high‑level client meetings, solution presentations and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate tender participation for major projects (e.g., KPC, KOC, MEW, MOI) and manage technical and commercial submissions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting through CRM and provide regular updates to management.
• Engage with global vendors and distributors to create strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with technical, pre‑sales, finance and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of experience in enterprise sales, business development or account management.
• Strong background in ICT, telecom, data‑center or energy‑related solutions.
• Proven track record managing SME accounts and tender‑based business.
• Hands‑on experience with global technology vendors and commercial negotiations.
• Deep understanding of the Kuwait market, including tendering processes and key government entities.
