Equipment Inspector, HSE Document Controller & HSE Supervisor (Kuwait)

About the role

We are seeking qualified professionals to fill three critical HSE‑related positions on a major construction and power‑plant project in Kuwait City. The roles include an Equipment Inspector with an HSE background, an HSE Document Controller, and an HSE Supervisor with power‑plant experience. All candidates will work on‑site, ensuring that health, safety and environmental standards are fully integrated into daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect construction and industrial equipment to verify compliance with project HSE requirements, standards and certifications.
• Maintain and control all HSE documentation, ensuring accurate filing, version control and accessibility for the project team.
• Oversee site‑wide HSE activities, conduct safety audits, and enforce compliance with applicable safety regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction and operations teams to address HSE issues promptly.
• Prepare reports, incident investigations and corrective action plans as required.

Required profile

• Relevant HSE qualifications or certifications.
• Proven experience in equipment inspection, document control or HSE supervision within construction or power‑plant environments.
• Strong knowledge of local and international HSE standards and regulations.
• Ability to work effectively on‑site in a multicultural team.
