F&B Supervisor

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor ensures seamless service delivery across all dining outlets, supervising staff and maintaining high quality standards to enhance guest satisfaction. This role combines operational oversight, staff training, and coordination with kitchen and purchasing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of restaurants, bars, and other dining areas.
• Ensure courteous, efficient service that meets or exceeds guest expectations.
• Train and guide F&B team members on service standards, product knowledge, and guest interaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with kitchen and purchasing to secure adequate supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining spaces, complying with sanitation standards.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage preparation.
• Support implementation of promotions, events, and special offers.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies for staff and guests.
• Contribute to SOP development and help achieve departmental financial goals.
