About the role
The Field HSE Supervisor provides expert guidance, coaching and training to operations personnel to ensure the effective implementation of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management programmes on rig sites. This role works closely with the Rig Manager to support safe and compliant daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Advise, coach and train operations staff on HSE best practices and procedures.
- Support incident investigations, analyse root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and implement practices aimed at improving HSE performance and compliance.
- Monitor adherence to all HSE programmes and ensure continuous improvement of HSE management processes.
- Perform any other reasonable duties requested by the Rig Manager to support rig operations.
Required profile
- Proven experience in HSE roles within field or rig environments.
- Strong understanding of HSE regulations, standards and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
